LONG ROAD TO REDEMPTION
CANADIAN JAY'S '35 PLYMOUTH

He may call himself a “Sinner”, but “Canadian Jay” has traveled great distances to prove his hot rod faith. The path for Jay started with a full drag race big-block powered ’66 Chevelle that “pulled big wheelies”, but regularly breaking parts was getting a little too expensive for the young hot rodder. A divine intervention came in the form of a customer job building a ’29 Ford Roadster Pickup. Once he tasted that “forbidden fruit” it would not be long before he converted and went out on his own road to ruin looking for a project car to build. While a fresh corpse would have been preferred, what Jay found had been buried in the ground for quite some time. The sad remains of a ’35 Plymouth Coupe were found interred in a friend’s yard unceremoniously doing duty as a giant flower pot. The decomposing corpse was dug up from the earth and hauled around by Jay until he figured out exactly what he was going to do with the remains.
